40 min, about 450 Cal burned, according to LED readout. I’m trying to get healthier. I’m planning on 40 min on the incliner, as cardio. Every day I will work on abs w cardio. Usually, this involves the Cybex VR3 Abs machine and the Body Masters ab curl. Then cycle 3 days: Day 1-chest press, overhead press & arm extensions. Day 2 is cardio, abs & opposite muscle groups. Day 3, legs w abs & cardio.*
