Exercise Variable: Plan “Zumba”

Since I couldn’t get to the gym, I used my Wii and my Zumba workout “game” which tracks Calories and gives me a good sweat.

Diet Variable

Breakfast: Oat meal, 360 Calor with 1/3 cup water, 1/3 cup milk for 40 Calories, 1/3 cup coffee for 5 cal and 1/8 cup of maple syrup for 105 Calories = 510 Calories
